About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support the Sales & Channel Excellence and the Marketing & Strategy team within the mobility and industrials division of Henkel Adhesive Technologies
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing key account management practices and optimizing the performance of our sales teams
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that allow key stakeholders to visualize performance data in real-time and make informed business decisions
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather data, understand challenges, and propose strategic solutions
- Process obtained data into useful information and convincing arguments and help to prepare presentations for our leadership team
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters from business, marketing or any related field
- Previous experience with data analysis, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools like Power BI
- English language is required, good knowledge of German and other languages is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong interest in understanding business operations and improving processes
- Self-motivated and creative team-player with a high level of independence and an open-minded personality
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skill
- Ability to complete a full-time internship of 4-6 months as of May / June 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
