What you´ll do
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of high-risk countries using macroeconomic and financial performance indicators
- Valuations of Henkel’s investments in affiliated companies and subsidiaries
- Consolidating and analyzing minority shareholder's results forecasting to support financial decision-making
- Collaborating with Headquarters and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives like capital measures, dividend reporting, and cash flow planning
- Supporting on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports
- Developing and optimizing financial reports, both standard and ad-hoc
- Helping transform reporting processes from MS Excel to modern tools like Power BI
- Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What makes you a good fit
- Major in finance/accounting, or min. 2 years experience in controlling/reporting/finance
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
- BI Tools and VBA is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluency in Engish
- Communication and interpersonal skills - customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels.

Minimum salary: 1900 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
