About this Position

This position aims to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned geographic area by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. The objective is to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, understand client technical requirements, and provide tailored product or solution recommendations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market penetration, supporting customers with technical guidance, and contributing to overall business growth through strategic territory management.

What you´ll do

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and target potential B2B customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Need Assessment: Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Sales Targets: Achieving sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Solution Design: Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs,
    create detailed proposals, including specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
  • Channel Sales Support: Work closely with channel partners to support the sales cycle, providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and the closing of deals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details and timely update on CRM portal.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills. 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (the extent of travel may vary based on the company's industry and location).
