About this Position

Drive global website strategy and digital campaigns for Shiseido Professional, enhancing user experience, personalization, and engagement through data-driven marketing. 

What you´ll do

1. Website Strategy & Operations
 - Develop and execute the global strategy for the company’s owned website, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives and drives traffic, engagement, and conversions (not to limited to purchase).
 - Manage day-to-day operations of the centralized brand website, including content updates, user experience optimization, and technical maintenance globally, locally.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, product) to create and implement campaigns, product launches, and promotional pages.
 - Monitor website analytics and performance, using data to make informed decisions on site optimization, conversion rate improvements, and SEO strategies.
 - Ensure the website reflects the latest branding, messaging, and content standards while being responsive and user-friendly across devices.

2. Web Content Creation
 - Lead the global strategy and execution of global campaigns, ensuring relevance and value for target audience.
 - Create engaging web content (incl SEO contents), aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
 - Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to go-live closely collaborating with respective teams/members and performance tracking.

3. Personalization & Segmentation
 - Manage implementation of personalized solutions to support product launch, to deliver high relevant, yet premium experience to targeted audiences.
 - Build a deep understanding of customer personas and leverage this knowledge to ensure messaging and experiences feel individualized, timely, and meaningful through customers touchpoints.

4. Analytics & Reporting
 - Analyze brand website performance metrics, preparing regular reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, email performance) to assist strategic decision-making.
 - Leverage insights to refine performance and improve the customer journey.

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
 - Work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure all website and personalized solutions, messaging assets are on-brand and visually appealing.
 - Partner with the local teams and product teams to integrate communication campaigns, product launches, and customer insights into the website communications.
 - Facilitate the best practices

6. Stay Ahead of Data & Technology Trends
 - Being passionate about staying ahead of digital trends and sharing new knowledge across teams.
 - Assist nurturing digital growth in others by translating complex data and tech concepts into actionable insights.

What makes you a good fit

Must have:

  • Over 2 years of successful Digital Marketing position
  • Good knowledge of major Digital Marketing tools and fields such as Google Analytics/Ads, Content Management, SEO,SEM and CRM as well as ability to quickly adapt to new tools
  • Excellent project steering skills to efficiently drive projects with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Great collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
  • High interest in Digital Marketing trends and evolution
  • Fluent in Japanese and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Work experience in an international/APAC environment
  • FMCG experience
