About this Position
As a Customer Service Support Specialist (Order Entry), you will play a key role in supporting a global business transformation initiative focused on harmonizing SAP sales area processes and enhancing customer service operations. This position helps ensure the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of customer and order-related data, enabling a seamless transition to standardized ways of working across regions. Your contributions will directly support operational excellence, business continuity, and the successful delivery of strategic transformation projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Master Data, Supply Chain, and Project stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to be part of Project 51, a global SAP harmonization program, where you will help drive process standardization, support system and process improvements, and contribute to creating a more efficient and scalable customer service operating model worldwide.
What you´ll do
- Support master data preparation and harmonization activities, including data validation, data cleansing, data uploads, and cutover readiness to enable SAP sales area standardization
- Execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate order entry processes and master data functionality prior to deployment
- Provide go-live and hypercare support by assisting with issue resolution and ensuring operational stability during the transition to the new SAP sales area structure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation and OCR process enhancements resulting from changes in sales area determination logic and master data structures
- Contribute to Project 51, a global SAP harmonization initiative, by driving the adoption of a standardized and efficient customer service operating model across regions
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in SAP Order Entry processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and knowledge of SAP order entry is essential
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
- Strong verbal and written English communication skill
- Amenable to accept one-year project-based contract, work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati), and following U.S Holidays
