About this position

What you´ll do

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
    Understand the supply modules & support for forecasting, supply chain coordination. Handling distributors in the territory.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and target potential B2B customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Project management through Henkel CRM system (ACE).
    Need Assessment: Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions.
    Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Solution Design: Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs,
    create detailed proposals, including specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
    Channel Sales Support: Work closely with channel partners to support the sales cycle, providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and the closing of deals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details. To coordinate with Inside sales & Customer service, Supply chain. Forecasting, supplies co-ordination for the team. Update daily activities in the ACE System.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum experience of 6 months (freshers are welcome)          
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering/ chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. (EXL/PPT skills)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (the extent of travel may vary based on the company's industry and location).
