About this Position
The AI Engineer focuses primarily on the development of GenAI Solutions and is involved in Data Science Projects. They design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models that leverage generative techniques for text, image, audio, and multimodal applications. They have a broad technical knowledge with Microsoft Azure and OpenAI technologies that can help them develop solutions that meet business requirements. They exchange with different stakeholders to share advice & knowledge. They help evaluate new technologies in the area of GenAI, and they support to govern the environment.
What you´ll do
- Design and implement generative AI models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and diffusion models for domain-specific tasks.
- Develop effective prompts and strategies for improving model outputs.
- Experiment with reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and other optimization techniques.
- Manage business requests for new solutions.
- Work closely with the business analyst to reach optimum solution for the business.
- Work Closely with Data Engineers & DevOps Engineers to ensure scalable data pipelines & deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal models.
- Evaluate new technologies that are being published by Microsoft and OpenAI.
- Maintain and enforce rules and standards and foster guiding principles.
- Run the quality gate to review and check development before final deployment.
- Regular review and maintenance of services and site catalogs incl. channel integration and more.
- Identify the best technology to be used for each use case.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Development, or any relevant study
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and teamwork abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI.
- Familiarity with cloud services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying GEN AI applications.
- Experience in integrating chatbots with third-party services via RESTful APIs.
- Familiar with C# and .NET Framework
- Experience in PowerBI in analytics and reporting
- Experience in Microsoft Azure Cognitive services (Azure search, Document Inteliigence, Azure Open AI) is a plus.
